Pertemps Employment Alliance’s (PEA) social welfare agenda is dedicated to supporting the regeneration and development of all facets of our communities. Its primary focus is to help people find and sustain employment, however we also view our involvement in the community to be an integral part of our success.

We have a dynamic Corporate Social Responsibility strategy, and as such are a natural and enthusiastic supporter of social and community advancement for all. 

We communicate at all levels to fully understand the issues and interests of local people and organisations based in the heart of the communities in which we work.

We have formed many lasting and rewarding partnerships with local charities  through our payroll giving scheme, Give As You Earn – raising thousands of pounds each month. This enables us to make donations to local community champions, school and charities, or anywhere we feel a real difference can be made.
